Call our office or have your physician, home health agency, or facility send a referral. We'll verify your coverage — we work regularly with Medicare and Medi-Cal managed care plans.

First Visit

A thorough assessment of your wound and overall health — history, medications, nutrition, mobility, and pain — in our Foothill Ranch clinic or in your home.

Ongoing Care

A personalized care plan with regular re-assessment. We track healing at every visit and adjust treatment if your wound isn't progressing.
